Export Requirements

If you wish to purchase a machine for export you must meet the following criteria and provide all the correct paperwork for our VAT records. The machines will not be allowed to leave the yard without the customer providing us with a copy of their CMR. Once the machine arrives in your country we also need a copy of your stamped, signed CMR emailed to us along with a copy of your ferry/shipping invoice. This is to prove the machine has got to its intended destination. Please read the export regulations section below very carefully before placing an order with us. We have export loading facilities on site. Please feel free to contact us with any queries about export, loading and delivery. You will find our contact details on our contact us page.

Export regulations– You can only be zero VAT rated if you meet the following criteria…

  1. Orders must be sent by email so that we have proof of your inquiries and orders.
  2. You must have a valid VAT number which you will inform us of, including the two letters at the beginning. All VAT numbers will be checked.
  3. First time customers will have to pay the VAT which will then be refunded when we have the correct documents (stamped signed CMR and copies of your shipping invoices)
  4. A CMR must be provided at collection from our yard. We must then have a copy of this same CMR back with the GOODS RECEIVED BOX STAMPED AND SIGNED once you have the machine back in your country.
  5. We must have your valid business name and address. We must also have a valid email address and any other relevant contact details.
  6. We must receive a copy (BY EMAIL) of your stamped and signed CMR on return to your country.
  7. These documents must be received within one month of the original collection date.
